Hey, I'm Leo. I build and run full-stack systems — currently at BMW Group, on a web app for evaluating vehicle E/E systems and a distributed IoT service for administering pre-series assembly loggers.

I like owning the whole loop: writing the code, building the pipeline that ships it, keeping it alive in production, then taking what the people using it say back into what gets built next. The interesting problems tend to sit at the joins between those, not inside any one of them — and that's the kind of work i enjoy most.

This page isn't on a PaaS. It's served by Caddy on a Hetzner VPS that Terraform provisions end to end — server, firewall, DNS records, reverse DNS. cloud-init builds the machine on first boot, so it rebuilds from nothing in about three minutes and TLS renews itself.

The infrastructure repo is public, including the notes on what broke on the way there.
